in their approach to the work they have completed. Communication was excellent throughout and Simon always
kept us informed of progress and any issues which arose during the course of work. Every job was completed
efficiently and to a high standard. I would recommend Fordham Restoration Services Ltd to anyone looking
for a professional building company to complete works on their property. My only regret is that we didn’t
get them to do all the work as we had some less than favorable experiences with other trades!"

Regarding Fordham Restoration Ltd I am a very busy person who has not got time to be around to hand over keys and check on safety/building
issues. It was with great relief that I could hand over my extension work to Fordham
Restoration. I had no worries about the safety of my house and handing over the keys. As far as the quality of the
work goes, I am no expert with no knowledge of building. But I could see that with every step Simon Fordham and his right
hand man Austin ensured the quality of the work was top notch. From the foundations,
to the brick work, to the excellent carpentry and roofing, the pipe laying and plastering everyone did an excellent job.
An excellent job has been done by the plumber in the downstairs loo. I am writing this as I am glad they did the job for me. Simon kept me informed throughout.
My biggest stress would have been to see things go wrong. I cannot recommend Fordham Restoration more highly for the
quality of building work they do and it was pleasant to meet all the people who work for them.
