Our extension process typically covers 10 stages and
takes between three and four months from start to finish. We will provide you with a project plan prior to starting, so you

Drawings:
It is much better to have professional drawings. This will help with Regulations and help us your builders
ensure you get exactly what you want. We can recommend a good Architectural Drawer and a Structural Engineer if you wish.
Project Management:
Quite a few people - TV programmes, Building organisations, etc -
sometimes advise to get a 3rd party project manager for your building work. We at Fordham Restoration include full project
management as part of our service. You don't need to deal and manage lots of people, you just deal with your named
