We provide you with a project plan, meaning you know what is going to happen and when. We help make you aware in good time when decisions and choices are required for such things as sanitary wares, tiles, kitchens and floor coverings. 

We take no money up-front. We invoice you after each stage is completed or at agreed times, so we invoice 'behind the work', in effect meaning there is no financial risk to yourselves. At least an amber alarm and possibly a red one should start ringing if someone wants a large deposit from you before they start.
